Lyla is 4 months old

I took Lyla in today for her 4 month check up and she is just so sweet and precious. She weighed 13.3lbs which puts her in the 30th percentile for weight and she was 24 3/4 in which puts her in the 60th percentile for height. So she is definately not following in Lincolns shoes because she is staying tiny, which I love. I try really hard to cherish these sweet times with her because she is our last baby so as hard as it is sometimes to cherish moments when I have 4 kids needing my attention for different things, I am really trying.

Lyla is so fun. she smiles all day long(as long as someone is holding her) and the other kids just love her to pieces. Lincoln has started trying to hold her without us being there to watch him, so I really have to keep and eye on him. I am excited to see her to continue to grow and see her personality even more

im a crappy blogger!!

I really want to be good at blogging and I have a ton of cute pics to post but every time I try I can never get the caption under the picture or get the picture where I want it. I have serious computer issues, if it doesn't consist of google and surfing the net than I just cant seem to figure it out. Anyone want to come over and help me so I can post picts of our last vacations and my sweet kiddos? Any help would be appreciated, I am so computer-illiterate!!

She still gets up all night long which means she is worse than any of the other kids but I see her sweet face and I cant help to fall more in love with her everyday. She is 2 months old now and I dont know where the time has gone, she will have her 2 month check up next week and i will post all her stats then.

Bryce and Lincoln's well checks

In june Bryce and Lincoln both had well checks. Bryce is 5 this year and he's getting bigger, slowly but surely..haha his stats were: weight 35lbs(10th%) and Height 42 in(25th%) so hes still a pretty little guy but bigger in our eyes. I cant believe my sweet boy will be in Kindergarten all day in about a week and a half. Time flies when your having fun.

Lincoln is by far our biggest kid but he is starting to get picky with food and not eat much so his weight is going down but his head keeps getting bigger. I love his cute big melon!!
his starts were: weight: 26.6lbs(50%) and height 33in(75%) and head was 20 in(off the charts!!)
He is so much fun most of the time, we are having a hard time with him just wimpering ALL day long and it gets really old especially because he cant really tell us what he wants and he doesnt really know what he wants so it gets a little hard to deal with him, but when he is happy he is the funniest little kid. we are so greatful for these two little boys in our family.

Lyla's Birth (finally)

This all started with the post that I said about the contractions all day on saturday and got sent home. Well that was saturday and sunday I woke up and the contractions were about every 20 mins, so they really slowed down, which I was ok with since my doctor told me on friday that he would be out of town until tuesday so I kept telling myself that I could not have this baby until tuesday. So on sunday we went to church and Im still in nursery so I thought if that didnt put me into labor I dont know what would but the contractions stayed the same all day. So monday I woke up that morning feeling good and I was scheduled to do a nst(non stress test) at the hospital so my mom came over to watch the kids so I could do that and then the kids got to finger paint my belly that morning when I got home. The pictures turned out soo cute, Ill have to post those later. Monday mid day contractions started up and were every 6-10 mins so we carried on with our day and went to a bbq since it was memorial day. I woke up at midnight with REAL contractions, these actually were killing my back and I had alot of period type cramps too so I had a feeling this was the real thing. I waited until about 5 am that morning to wake up Mike and said we should probably at least get checked out. I had really fun plans that day so I wanted to either get admitted or be told nothing was happening so I could take my kids to go play at the water park pool. So when we got to the hospital she checked me and I was dialated to 3 and 90% effaced which was 1 centimeter more than saturday. She monitered me for an hour and I got to a 4 so she called the doctor and he made me walk the hospital for an hour and I got to a 5 so the doctor came in and said looks like we are having a baby today. He wanted to really make sure that I was in true labor since I was only 36 weeks. After a couple hours I got to a 6 and he broke my water. My contractions were not regular at all but my back was killing me, Ive never had back labor before so it was a new pain. I got my epidural and felt like I could do this 10times over..haha so when it came time to push the doctor said she was sunny side up, so thats why my back hurt so bad and it took the entire time for her head to come down. We named her Lyla and she weighed 7.3lbs and was 19.5 in. She was absolutely perfect. We could not believe how much hair that girl had and still has it now. we love her so much and feel so blessed that she is ours to keep.

Easter camping

I know this post is so far behind but I actually have the pictures so I decided to talk about our annual Easter campout. we had so much fun, our good friends Savannah and Landon and their # kids went and my mom and dad and sister and her husband. It got pretty warm during the day but it would cool down really good at night.
The one thing that was NOT fun was the sleeping, Mike and me and all 3 kids were in a tent and being huge and pregnant was not a great idea to sleep on a blowup mattress!! plus we heard Lincoln make baby noises ALL night long which kept us very tired with no sleep, also Mike snores soooooo bad and being couped up next to him was not fun. All in all it was a fun weekend.

I had recently got a new camera so some of the flower pictures are me practicing taking close up pics to see what my camera could do. I think they turned out pretty good.
